Networking and Mentoring
Networking—All early-career and developing country scientists attending the symposium will be eligible for networking activities. Networking activities will include an ice-breaker reception for early-career scientists and possible field trips. Social events at the symposium will provide additional networking opportunities.
Mentoring—For recipients of travel support who request it, mentors will be arranged. Mentors will interact with travel grant awardees before, during, and after the symposium to increase learning and career-building opportunities at the symposium.
